AGCare’s Community Health Camps are designed to bridge the gap between underserved communities and access to quality healthcare. In many of the communities we serve, access to medical facilities is limited by distance, cost, or availability. Our health camps bring care directly to these areas—creating safe, accessible spaces where individuals and families can receive immediate medical attention without financial burden. Through a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and volunteers, we provide basic medical services, preventive screenings, and practical health education tailored to each community’s needs. Beyond treatment, these camps focus on early detection, prevention, and empowering individuals with the knowledge to make better health decisions—creating long-term impact, not just temporary relief.

Delivering free healthcare and hope to underserved communities across Delta State. The Uwáomá Outreach Program is AGCare’s annual medical initiative that brings essential healthcare services directly to underserved communities, especially during the yuletide season. Through free check-ups, basic treatments, and health education, we support vulnerable groups—particularly widows and low-income families, who often lack access to quality care. More than a medical outreach, Uwáomá is a commitment to dignity, compassion, and community.
